Tanya grew up in Ontario but is now proud to call the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia home. 11 years ago, she bought her first SUP at the Toronto Boat Show, and has been learning ever since. Her first paddling experiences were on the rivers and lakes in Ontario, however her passion for all things SUP intensified after her first vacation to Nova Scotia where she was introduced to ocean SUP adventures. Now living beside the ocean, she paddles year-round, enjoying the different experiences the changing seasons bring. She combines her love of SUP with her love of travel and has paddled all over Nova Scotia, through the rivers of Florida with manatees, off the beaches of Caribbean islands, and as far away as Cape Town, South Africa. Tanya is a Paddle Canada certified SUP Instructor for Basic (Level 1) Flatwater Skills and has her Sea Kayak Skills Level 1.
Bruce Cameron is a Paddle Canada certified SUP Instructor for Basic (Level 1) and Advanced (Level 2) Flatwater Skills. He has also completed SUP Surf Level 1 and Sea Kayak Skills Level 1. Now calling the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia home, he spends his time hiking, kayaking, and of course, SUP’ing along the shores of his native province. Bruce loves sharing his passion of SUP through teaching and watching his students gain confidence in their abilities.
